Se busca un/a investigador/a con experiencia en inmunoterapia celular y enfoque traslacional para incorporarse a un grupo clínico en el área de neoplasias hematológicas.
La persona seleccionada participará en el diseño, desarrollo y coordinación de proyectos de investigación traslacional en terapias avanzadas, facilitando la integración entre investigación preclínica y aplicación clínica.
El puesto incluye el desarrollo de estrategias de ingeniería genética para inmunoterapia celular, la ejecución de estudios preclínicos y la interacción directa con equipos clínicos y colaboradores externos. Asimismo, contribuirá a la estructuración de nuevas líneas de investigación y a la coordinación de actividades relacionadas con terapias avanzadas en el entorno hospitalario. Se valorará la capacidad para trabajar en entornos multidisciplinares, liderar proyectos de investigación y establecer colaboraciones científicas con impacto clínico.

We are seeking a researcher with experience in cellular immunotherapy and a strong translational focus to join a clinical research group in the field of hematological malignancies.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, and coordination of translational research projects in advanced therapies, facilitating the integration between
preclinical research and clinical application within a hospital setting.
The role includes the development of genetic engineering strategies in immunotherapy, the execution of preclinical studies, and direct interaction with clinical teams and external
collaborators. The candidate is also expected to actively contribute to the structuring of new research lines and to the coordination of activities related to advanced therapies. The ability to work in multidisciplinary environments, lead research projects, and establish scientific collaborations with clinical impact will be highly valued.
