Strategy HRS4R
As of the 28th September 2020, IIS-FJD has become part of the group of research organizations that have obtained the HR Excellence in Research award (HRS4R) by the European Commission. This award recognizes institutions that made progress to guaranteeing open, transparent, and merit-based recruitment strategies, by following the principles set out by the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct.
To receive this award, IIS-FJD presented an Action Plan and a Gap Analysis with the aim of aligning its Human Resources policy to the principles of the European Union, which contributed to the development of a European labour market that will render the institution more attractive to researchers.
