I do not yet have an appointment

If the Primary Care Physician has made an appointment for you with a consultant at the hospital, use the appointment request form provided. Go to the section for online appointments with your Consultant requested by your Primary Care Physician, enter the identification code, and choose your hospital.

Whenever a slot has become available due to another patient cancelling or changing their appointment, you can reschedule your appointment to an earlier time using the PATIENT PORTAL.

Remember that you can register at Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz’s PATIENT PORTAL in order to confirm and manage appointments, print out appointment attendance certificates, and see your discharge reports and test results.
