Patient Care Service
At Fundación Jiménez Díaz, we always strive to offer a personalised approach and the best service. Healthcare professionals at our centre will provide continuous care and keep patients informed throughout their treatment. The Patient Care Service is also available to respond to any inquiries or feedback from patients or their relatives. The goals of the Patient Care service are to:
- Inform and guide patients, their relatives and users in general, about aspects of their stay in the centre.
- Ensure compliance with the rights of patients, their relatives and users, as set out in legislation.
- Attend to and process any complaint, claim and/or suggestion submitted by a user, propose solutions to problems, or pass issues on to Senior Management in order to find a speedy solution.
- Manage satisfaction surveys.
- Perform scheduled visits to patients.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up.
The Patient Assistance Service (SAP) is located on the first floor of Reyes Católicos building. This service also includes the Social Care Unit.
The SAP can provide information and advice on:
- Organisation and rules in the hospital and in the Healthcare System in general
- Patients’ rights and duties
- Channels to resolve healthcare issues
- Submit and process suggestions and complaints
- Request medical documents
