Aesthetic Medicine
Reposition your volume
For those patients wishing to improve lost volume. Over the years, the bone is reabsorbed and fat is displaced, causing furrows in our face and depressed areas that make us look tired or sad. The following treatments allow us to achieve a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- Lips: thanks to hyaluronic acid, we can shape, outline, increase the volume or improve the symmetry of the lips, providing hydration and improving harmony with the face as a whole.
- Circles under the eyes: a very common consultation, associated with a tired appearance. We usually see dark circles under our eyes for different reasons:
- Their location, below the forehead bone, means this area is in shade when the light hits us from above.
- The skin here is thinner than the rest of the face, which makes the dark coloration given by the vessels that pass through this area easily transparent.
- Flaccidity appears earlier, fine wrinkles become apparent, and it is more difficult to retain the liquid or fat that accumulates there. All this rests on the lacrimal sulcus area, right where the orbicular retentive ligament passes, causing bags to appear.
- Hyaluronic acid is applied in this area to mask the furrow by compensating for the lost volume with small amounts, thereby reducing dark circles under the eyes and enhancing overall facial appearance
- Cheekbones: The contour of the cheekbone loses its shape due to fat loss, which, coupled with age-related bone deterioration, results in the flattening of this facial area. We use hyaluronic acid to restore volume to the cheekbones and achieve harmony.
- Temporal fossa: augmenting the volume in the temples counteracts the effects of tissue and volume loss in this area, thereby enhancing the upper third of the face (opening the gaze, elevating the eyebrow tail, and masking the occasional bony appearance of the cheekbone), while effectively supporting the middle and lower third, as the non-surgical lifting effect is most pronounced in this region.
The result is an anti-ageing effect, providing a younger, smoother appearance.
- Brow ridge:
- Deep furrows that persist even at rest, not just when wrinkling, indicate that the skin in this area has been damaged due to its daily, repeated folding.
- In these cases, these lines remain after applying the botulinum toxin and the most effective method to correct them is using hyaluronic acid, which reconstitutes the missing support structure, normalises the sagging, and provides rest and smoothness to the skin.
- Barcode lines:
The repeated movements in the area around the mouth, the ageing of the skin and the loss of support of the lip, which over the years becomes thinner and dehydrated, cause certain creases to appear, known as barcode lines.
At first, they are only perceptible when making certain gestures such as blowing, giving an air kiss or pronouncing certain letters. Look at yourself in the mirror and slowly repeat, "Hello, my name is Lola".
If left untreated at this stage, the imprint will gradually become permanent on the skin, and we will start to observe the furrows even when at rest, without making any gestures.
Hyaluronic acid is used in this area to moisturise and support, improve elasticity, and achieve smooth skin.
- Marking of jaw angle and chin:
One of the aspects that most enhance the overall attractiveness of the face is the jaw angle and chin area.
The strategic application of hyaluronic acid can enhance or soften contours, resulting in more robust, masculine features in men and a face with sharper, more defined angles in women.
- Rhinomodelation with hyaluronic acid:
We can correct, harmonise and beautify the shape of the nose without the need for surgery. The results are immediate and very natural.
- Gingival smile:
A gingival smile is when the gums are overexposed when smiling. The combination of hyaluronic acid and a method known as dynamic restructuring results in myomodulation, which optimises facial muscle function and prevents the upper muscles of the oral contour from excessively lifting the lip and showing the gums. It therefore ensures the smile becomes more aesthetic and harmonious.
- Nasolabial fold and marionette line:
Two types of wrinkles can form around the mouth, giving it a tired or sad appearance, also known as "ageing sad mouth" for this reason.
Firstly, the nasolabial fold is a naturally occurring crease that becomes visibly prominent at an earlier age due to the cumulative impact of various factors: repeated movements, flaccidity, and the deposition of fat descending from the malar area and temporal region.
With advancing age, generally beyond 40, an additional line, known as the marionette line, appears, running from under the corner of the mouth to the chin.
The basis for treating these wrinkles is hyaluronic acid. Managing these depressed areas is complex, requiring meticulous, experienced hands to lift them and regain skin continuity.
Smoothen your wrinkles
For those patients who wish to treat their wrinkles.
- Expression wrinkles (forehead, frown lines and crow's feet)
Applying botulinum toxin allows us to relax the facial muscles that cause expression wrinkles. This smoothes wrinkles and rejuvenates the face, with a long-lasting effect.
- Other botulinum toxin treatments:
- Hyperhidrosis: consists of excessive sweating in certain parts of the body (hands, feet, armpits, etc.). Applying botulinum toxin reduces sweating in the treated areas, with results lasting up to 12 months.
- Bruxism: Some people unconsciously clench or grind their teeth, mainly while sleeping, although it can also occur during the day. This disorder is called bruxism, and causes dental wear and gum problems, often accompanied by jaw pain, headaches, earaches and pain in other facial areas. Treatment with botulinum toxin injections produces a relaxation of the muscles in the maxillary area, relieving symptoms and slowing dental wear.
Redensify your skin
For patients seeking treatments centred on enhancing skin density, improving sagging, and boosting radiance.
- Dehydrated skin:
- Mesotherapy: a treatment for skin rejuvenation through microinjection of vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acid for deep moisturisation, reducing wrinkles and their appearance.
- Oxiplus: a treatment that combines oxygenation, vacuum therapy and the Aqua Fuse hydration system. It provides deep skin hygiene and hydration, improves elasticity, balances pH, softens expression wrinkles, evens skin tone and rejuvenates the skin.
- Calcium hydroxyapatite: filler treatment to give volume to large areas such as cheeks or chin, jaw line, dark circles, etc., stimulating the creation of collagen in the tissues. It provides a very natural look and restores facial harmony.
- Redensifying threads - monofilament: consists of subcutaneously inserting fine threads in certain areas of the face to rejuvenate it, removing facial wrinkles and flaccidity, lifting the eyebrows or defining facial contour. It quickly produces a lifting effect without resorting to surgery, and with very natural results.

- Frax laser (fractional non-ablative laser): The Frax laser breaks the skin into columns by emitting heat at a specific wavelength while respecting the most superficial layer. The aim is to stimulate collagen synthesis by fibroblasts, allowing immediate incorporation back into daily life since it is almost imperceptible to others.
Over time, it results in better skin quality. We can treat fine wrinkles, enlarged pores and scars.
Although the change is noticeable from the first session, we generally recommend between 3 and 5 sessions, depending on each case.
- CO2 laser: the CO2 laser fractionates the skin and also performs a small ablation of the surface, respecting the surrounding healthy skin to contribute to faster repair. Its principles are based on a controlled skin lesion that "awakens" the cells responsible for skin repair, aiming to achieve a more uniform skin and repair previously visible scars. Generally, a single session is performed and we evaluate patients one year after the session, since the results are obtained progressively throughout this period.
- Flaccidity:
- Mesotherapy: a treatment for skin rejuvenation through microinjection of vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acid for deep moisturisation, reducing wrinkles and their appearance.

- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light): IPL is a pulsed light device that covers a broad spectrum of wavelengths, making it highly versatile for treatments while reaching the deepest skin layers.
When applied to the face, it improves small wrinkles, expression lines, skin texture and tone, reduces dilated pores and acne marks, and eliminates redness and sun spots.
