Intensive Care Medicine
Our ICU is on the third floor of the hospital, part of Unit 53, and consists of 23 critical care beds in individual rooms, 2 of which have a negative pressure isolation system.
The ICU has a rectangular layout, with two nurses' stations which the individual rooms are located around.
The central corridor is designed to ensure the unobstructed movement of hospital staff and patient beds.
We provide other services for patients and their relatives, such as a waiting room and a reception area, along with facilities for use by hospital staff, including a pharmacy, equipment and supplies storage areas, a nurses' room and medical offices.
The Service is equipped as corresponds to a 3rd level ICU (ventilators, simultaneous vital signs monitoring system, full articulated electric bed headboard column, neuromonitoring, ECMO, CRRT, etc.).
