Improving quality of life for patients is a concern shared by all professionals at the Hospital. That is why the hospital counts on a team of volunteers committed to improving the day-to-day lives of individuals suffering a decline in health and are therefore required to remain in hospital.

We see volunteering as a mechanism that enhances the living conditions of our patients and their families, supplementing the efforts of professionals and facilitating a more holistic approach to healthcare through emotional support, assistance to primary caregivers, companionship, and active involvement in recreational activities.
